Tuition Fees for the 2026-2027 Academic Year

Our school fees cover a full school year of up to eight courses.

A membership to the local YMCA fitness facility to support student health and wellbeing.

Experiential learning trips, including our Wildfire Outdoor Education retreats, trips to the Stratford Festival, and service outings.

Ancillary Fees

These fees in addition to tuition and boarding, if needed, are for required materials and documents for the school year.

Activities Fee$1,450 CADStudents partake in experiential learning by participating in various activities throughout the school year including trips to the Wildfire Lodge, Museums, Art Galleries, Stratford Festival plays, Ski and other field trips.
Ontario Literacy Course$1,500 CADOntario Literacy Course is a Ministry-approved Grade 12 credit designed to help students meet the provincial literacy graduation requirement. It is optional for the students as an alternative to the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT).
Health Insurance$1,000 CADRequired for all students who do not have OHIP or other private insurance.
Custodian Documents$450 CADRequired for all international students (including US students) under 18 living in residence.

Optional fees for services like 1-on-1 tutoring or extra courses are also available. Please contact us for details.

Payments & Policies

Application Deposit

There is no separate application fee to apply to Nancy Campbell Academy but to show good faith and sincerity with your application process, a deposit of $150 CAD is required to book your interview.

When a student is accepted, a deposit of: 

  • Domestic Students (Canada & US): $1,000 CAD
  • International Students: $5,000 CAD

 is required to secure their place in the school and is applied to the student’s first year of tuition.

*If an applicant is not accepted to NCA, the deposit is refunded in full.

Payment Plans

We understand that managing tuition payments can be a challenge.

To help, our finance department can work with families to arrange payment plans on a needs basis.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

  • If an applicant is not accepted to NCA, the deposit is refunded in full.
  • For international applicants, a partial refund of the deposit applies if a student visa is denied, provided specific conditions are met.
  • For student withdrawals, Nancy Campbell Academy requires 60 days’ written notice prior to the start of the next intake (August and January).
  • No fees will be refunded once a semester has begun or in the case of student expulsion.
